I would highly recommend Provide Education. All members of staff are friendly and helpful. I tend to deal with Ella from the Brighouse branch - she is so lovely and encouraging and really listens to your needs. If I have a query she is always on hand to answer my questions.

The staff at Provide have always been accommodating and polite. I have thoroughly appreciated being contacted regularly and being informed of any potential jobs.

I would like to start with the amazing way that staff welcomed and dealt with me, since registration process a year ago I found them so polite and helpful. I remember how Katie and Clare welcomed me and showed their interest in completing my registration too fast. I would like to express my appreciation to my direct contact the Katie Dale as she is so expert to mange the allocation into schools and so keen on her staff, I got an offer from another Agency with a higher pay rate and I told her about it, I loved the way that she replied and showed her interest to keep me working with her, and she did her best to mange the pay rate , even if the payment still not that high but I would continue working with her because of her experience and amazing attitude. Also I will never forget Lee-Ann, I’ve contacted her few times and she is so nice, polite, expert and keen on her staff jobs. A huge thanks to Nic and Clare as they are alway in help whenever I call. I am sorry if I forgot anyone I dealt with. Thanks a lot westyork provide-education at Brighouse and I will alway be helpful as much as I can.

I have been with Provide Education over 3 years now and they have been great. Always have work short term/Long term available to suit around me and all the staff are friendly and provide an excellent service!!

Supply agencies, zero hours contracts often get bad press and the positives are rarely told. However for me, a ‘zero hours contract,’ if you like, works perfectly and I think that you all at Provide Education, Brighouse are fantastic (cheesy but true) so thank you for being so amazing! Mel. X
