I have been working with Provide Education for over three years and my experience have always been positive. I have not bothered with working with any other Agency as Provide offer me what is best for me - they really do look after the individual and meet individual needs. They are always willing to take time to speak to you when the need arises- a very friendly and helpful team. Provide do offer many opportunities for short term or longer term work along with a good rate of pay. I would certainly recommend Provide Education to anyone looking for this type of work and have recommended others in the process.

The support provided by the staff at Provide Education is always timely and accurate and  even the out of hours service is quick and effective when needed. Building a close working relationship with consultants is encouraged and provides a platform for building trust and confidence in the registration process. Small attendance details such as dress code and DBS checking are taken care of as matter of course. Overall the service is of a high standard and highly recommended.

Since nervously contacting Provide(East Midlands) in September 2016 I have felt comfortable contacting the office. When attending for interview I was pleasantly put at ease and made to feel valued. They explained clearly the expectations of the company and their payment to me. Everyone I have spoken to over the phone have replied extremely politely, clearly answering my questions or explaining the location of their client. When contacting the office by e-mail they have always efficiently replied. The one problem I had over payment they were able to direct me to RACs as it was then who then helped me resolve the situation. I would recommend them to anyone else wanting to do supply work.

I have been working with Provide Education for the past three years. Having retired from teaching I decided I wanted local supply work and a number of my teacher  colleagues recommended  them as a reliable, professional company who would  be able to offer me the flexibility that I needed. My initial interview was conducted in an informal yet professional way and I was impressed with the  friendly. relaxed atmosphere. The paperwork was completed with ease and after relevant checks, Safeguarding updates, references and DBS documentation I was contacted as to my initial availability. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming (even at 6.45 in the morning!) when my services have been needed. They obviously have a good working relationship with the schools that rely on them for emergency supply cover and they are held in high regard wherever I teach. The timesheet system works well and payment is prompt and accurate. I  am very happy to support them in any way I can and  will continue to work with them for the foreseeable future.

I'd like to thank everyone at provide for all the hard work that you have put in this year with the early mornings, late nights and even over nights by the sounds. You all always sound so happy! You are all always kind and considerate on the phone or when leaving me messages. You are all as equally friendly and very understanding if my circumstances change at the last minute. I feel at ease whenever I talk to anyone at provide which obviously makes my job so much easier. I feel part of their team!

I took early retirement but didn't want to leave the work I love permanently, I have been with Provide for 15 months and it has been a positive experience. Ethan and Laura at the agency are particularly helpful, friendly and always accommodating, it is always possible to get in touch with someone, even out of office hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Provide!
