I have worked for Provide Education since April 2015 (re-registered August 2019.)  I have found all staff to be friendly and facilitating, motivated by what is in the best interests of their educational practitioners and schools and children that they serve. Any questions or queries, no matter how small, are dealt with promptly and efficiently; someone is always available, even out of hours.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Provide East Midlands. The registration process was straightforward. The consultants always try and give as much notice as possible for placements. They are courteous and friendly and give clear information and instructions about each placement. They email confirmation of each placement and check the travel details, ensuring the placement is within a reasonable travelling distance.  They follow up each placement and give feedback. The consultants ensure that they have detailed knowledge about candidate’s skills and strengths and recently found me my perfect long-term placement in which I am able to flourish. I look forward to a long professional relationship with Provide Education.

Provide education is by far the best place I have ever worked. Supply work is flexible and caters for my individual needs as a parent and as person with a disability. I love the fact that I can choose to make myself available for days, weeks or terms at a time. I love my job and I am particular fortunate to receive regular work from one particular school. This is great because I’ve got to really know the school, the staff and the children and look forward to going to work every day. The company is filled with some amazing people, especially the Midlands branch whom of which I have worked for, for just over a year. The registration process is quick and easy especially if you have your qualification certificates to hand and an up-to-date DBS. The staffs are always friendly offering encouragement and support and personal feedback from the schools you work in. Generally, the agency will either ring or message me on the Friday before the following week and ask for my availability.  They also have an out of hour’s service which offers greater flexibility when either dealing with your own family or medical issues, as well as them contacting you to ask for your availability for the following day. The work is fun and can at times be challenging. I would definitely recommend Provide Education to anybody who seeks educational work with flexibility.

I signed up to provide around January time because I felt I needed a change from my permanent UPS teaching role. When I left my position I was offered work straight away - a 7 week role. This role I am continuing after the summer holidays, the school want to keep me on and I will be working as part of their staffing team - still through provide. Provide asked me about my preferences for work: days, times, length of work i.e. day to day, short or long term. Provide are excellent at responding to emails and they are always helpful and friendly over the phone with any questions I might have. Communication from both sides is key I believe.

I was really pleased to work with provide education because they were very professional. During the registration process I received all the information and the support needed to start working with them. The consultants were always making their best to find you a placement where you will feel comfortable. I am happy to continue working with Provide education.

If it’s a friendly and efficient agency you are after, look no further than Provide. I’ve worked for them for four years now and throughout that time they have worked hard to find me regular work within my home radius and in the year groups that I have requested.  Everyone there is approachable and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services whether you are looking for long or short term supply work.
