All My Requirements Considered Registering with Provide was relatively easy. They made it clear what documents I needed and what to do if i had forgotten anything. They asked me my preferences at the start and explained everything to me - the timesheets, how I would get paid, my pension, holiday pay etc. Provide have been a great service in getting me work that suits my needs - the key stages I preferred, the distance I asked and the days that fit around my family. The overall service has been very welcoming and friendly.

100% Satisfaction Since my initial phone call to register with Provide Education I have been 100% satisfied. The registration process was quick but thorough. All staff have been friendly supportive and professional.  They are understanding of my availability. Communication is excellent with bookings confirmed both by text and email. They have confirmed bookings over the weekend, so I have prior warning of the next day’s work. Very happy with the service.

Always there to offer help and advice if required.  The key is good communication; they listen to your requirements and do their utmost to accommodate you.  They give positive feedback and are always there for you if there are any concerns, they're more than an Agency, they've become my friends. I have recommended a lot of my friends to Provide.  As an incentive Provide give Gift Vouchers to every recommendation put forward to show their appreciation which I think is a wonderful gesture.
