Provide Education is without doubt the best supply teaching agency I have ever worked with. Having worked for several different agencies in the past, I now choose to work for Provide whenever they have work available for me above all other agencies. I have worked with the company for many years and have found them excellent. I would recommend Provide without hesitation. The staff are always professional, friendly and understanding and I feel they genuinely care about the welfare and requirements of their supply teachers and schools. The schools I have been placed in are all local and, although I am very specific about the age ranges of children I am comfortable with teaching, the staff find me work in my favoured age range. I am very happy working with Provide and do not think the agency needs to do anything more. If it's working well it doesn't need fixing!!

I had joined Provide Education as I was looking for a work life balance being a teacher. The registration process was simple and felt more like a friendly chat. Although my branch is based in Barnsley, they were able to set up a registration day in Rotherham to speed up the process. The staff were very friendly and listened to the type of work that I would like. That I feel is helpful when working for an agency. That you are able to let them know which days you can work, where you would like to work and which age range you can work with. And this is exactly what Provide Education have done, without me ever having to feel pressure of taking a job I cannot cover, or when letting staff know of my availability and this being listened to. When I got my first assignment with Provide Education it was for a three day cover, but I have managed to continue this role looking to be a 4.5 month cover, through Provide Education. It is also helpful when staff are able to quickly return to emails, calls and texts including during the holiday period. So you never have to wait long to hear back from the team, who always are friendly and happy to be of help. Therefore I know I can always rely on the Provide Team and can get my queries dealt with quickly. Thank you Provide Team for you hard work so far!

The registration process was quick, easy and simple. Staff are friendly and helpful but will also leave you to get on with filling in the forms yourself if you are happy to do so. Registration was on a Saturday which made it even easier not having to juggle it around work. When I started working for provide I was kept up to date with each stage of my enrolment. When I am sent out on assignments communication is always good, you know where you are going and what to expect when you get there. The consultants are always on hand to contact should you need them and always get an answer for you if they can't answer it straight away for you. Overall provide is a professional yet friendly business who I enjoy working for. Thank-you

I enrolled with provide education after recommendation. Thus, enrolling with provide was a straight forward process and the help and guidance I received from the Barnsley team was professional and very informative regarding all areas of the process. Accordingly, the Barnsley Provide team are extremely professional whilst at same time friendly and approachable. The out of hours service, is extremely professional, I feel I can contact them anytime I need their help or advice. Over the past few years, I have got to know the team, and each time they contact me or me them, they are really helpful and friendly, always enquiring after my well being. The team are a joy to speak to and I’m extremely happy with all parts of the device that provide gives.

I joined Provide last summer having moved up from Suffolk.  The registration process was and the office at Worksop was really easy to find and park! I have been delighted with their support, I have recently had a long term interim part time role, which Provide organised. The pre - information on the schools is always very good and Provide are quick to ‘trouble shoot’ if there are any concerns. They have been very patient with me, when for example I have not really thought a school is the right fit for me, they have been very supportive and simply looked at other options. You are paid regularly at the same time and they sort any issues out very quickly. The communication is superb, through regular texts messages and emails if they cant reach you. I would have no hesitation recommending Provide to anyone who is looking for a teaching agency for supply roles.

Provide have been fantastic since day one of me signing up for supply. You have made the transition from full time to supply work very easy and stress free. I have nothing but praise for all the staff I have worked with since joining. Darren, Natalie, Richard and Luke (and anyone else I may have missed!) have been really helpful and always friendly… I would highly recommend Provide to anyone looking to move into supply teaching.
