I signed up to provide around January time because I felt I needed a change from my permanent UPS teaching role. When I left my position I was offered work straight away – a 7 week role. This role I am continuing after the summer holidays, the school want to keep me on and I will be working as part of their staffing team – still through provide. Provide asked me about my preferences for work: days, times, length of work i.e. day to day, short or long term. Provide are excellent at responding to emails and they are always helpful and friendly over the phone with any questions I might have. Communication from both sides is key I believe.
