Since nervously contacting Provide(East Midlands) in September 2016 I have felt comfortable contacting the office. When attending for interview I was pleasantly put at ease and made to feel valued. They explained clearly the expectations of the company and their payment to me.
Everyone I have spoken to over the phone have replied extremely politely, clearly answering my questions or explaining the location of their client. When contacting the office by e-mail they have always efficiently replied. The one problem I had over payment they were able to direct me to RACs as it was then who then helped me resolve the situation.
I would recommend them to anyone else wanting to do supply work.
