Provide education is by far the best place I have ever worked. Supply work is flexible and caters for my individual needs as a parent and as person with a disability. I love the fact that I can choose to make myself available for days, weeks or terms at a time. I love my job and I am particular fortunate to receive regular work from one particular school. This is great because I’ve got to really know the school, the staff and the children and look forward to going to work every day.
The company is filled with some amazing people, especially the Midlands branch whom of which I have worked for, for just over a year. The registration process is quick and easy especially if you have your qualification certificates to hand and an up-to-date DBS. The staffs are always friendly offering encouragement and support and personal feedback from the schools you work in. Generally, the agency will either ring or message me on the Friday before the following week and ask for my availability. They also have an out of hour’s service which offers greater flexibility when either dealing with your own family or medical issues, as well as them contacting you to ask for your availability for the following day.
The work is fun and can at times be challenging. I would definitely recommend Provide Education to anybody who seeks educational work with flexibility.
