Since March 2019 I have worked with Provide Education both in secondary and primary schools. For me, it was one of the best interviews I have ever had for a job. To be honest, I did not expect it to be as easy as it was however Natalie, who was in the room with me helping me sort out the registration process, was fantastic.
She had explained everything to me on that day to make things clear to me about what work I could get, what the expectations of the company were and what I could achieve out of it. She had been very organised in having brought in my CV that I had previously sent and already she had made annotations and notes regarding my previous experience in teaching that she could promote to schools.
During the registration process she was very optimistic about my previous experience and seemed very determined to get me work at schools given my previous experience. I really mean it when I say it was the easiest interview and the best one I have had.
I think the Out of Hours service is fantastic. One of the things that I say to many people is I feel this company really do care about people’s desire for the work and fitting them into schools that they like on a very frequent basis. This is reflected in their out of hours service in which they have successfully rung me and if not sent me a text regarding their reason. This is reflected as they are extremely responsive in regards to anything and I have been very impressed with the way they have responded to me on a frequent basis.
In my opinion, I think their relationship and contact to me is outstanding. I know everyone and they have all been very welcoming and have contacted me in some way or another. As an employer this feels very nice as I am reminded that they care. They try to really slot you into schools that need the work covering and also schools that you like.
However aside from trying to slot you into schools that you like, the team are great and take into consideration your circumstances for work by working around you. I seriously mean it in saying that this team is amazing when it comes to their relationships to consultants and also their out of hour’s service.
I would absolutely recommend Provide Education.
