Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning and development? We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Bradford and surrounding areas.
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in the classroom—supporting teachers, working closely with pupils, and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of local children.
Support classroom teachers in delivering creative and effective lessons
Work with individual pupils or small groups to accelerate progress
Prepare and organise classroom activities and resources
Support positive behaviour management and pupil engagement
Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND
Monitor and report on pupil progress to teaching staff
Previous experience in a school or education setting is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in education and supporting children’s development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is a bonus
