SEMH Teaching Assistant, Calderdale
A small specialist school in the Calderdale area are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs (SEN) in class. This a full time position, starting immediately and working on an ongoing basis.
Candidates must have previous experience supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs who display challenging behaviours. This is a small school with children between KS2 and KS4, who have a range or SEMH needs. Team Teach certificate is highly desired for this role although not essential as training can be provided.
