Provide Education are looking to recruit Supply Primary Teaching Assistants who specialises in Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 to work for our client schools in South Yorkshire. This would be to start ASAP until the end of the academic year in the first instance with the possibility of this extending into next academic year for the right applicant. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday in term time from 8:30am until 3:30pm (any changes to these times, will be discussed with you prior to accepting the role).

Key duties will include:

• Helping all children in the classroom with a variety of needs.
• Liaising closely with the class teacher and school staff.
• Providing guidance to all pupils throughout the curriculum and different subjects.
• Adhering to safeguarding procedures to keep all pupils and staff safe.
• Closely monitoring pupils to help them engage with subjects in class.

All candidates working through Provide Education must have a valid Safeguarding Certificate at a minimum of Level 1 and an up-to-date DBS that is registered on the Update Service, or be prepared to undertake a new DBS application through Provide Education.
