Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on the education and well-being of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to support the academic progress and personal development of children in Years 1 and 2. - Plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that are aligned with the Key Stage 1 curriculum and educational objectives.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students in the class.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student learning and well-being.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of educational trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in Years 1 and 2.
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum, assessment strategies, and pedagogical approaches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners and create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Commitment to promoting the holistic development and well-being of all students.
- This position is subject to successful completion of background checks, including a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
