We are leading education recruitment agency group placing Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, HLTAs and Nursery Nurses into Schools and Nurseries across South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, the East Midlands, Manchester and the North West. This vacancy is within our Brighouse office. A well-established client portfolio across specialised education sectors, with a long-standing candidate network, means this is an excellent prospect for an ambitious individual. You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, recruiting professional education staff and teachers into Primary, Secondary or SEND schools within a local territory. First class customer service is as important as sales and business development. Training and support will be given to help you succeed and you will have the opportunity to learn from highly successful team members within an encouraging culture from all around you.


As a Consultant within Operam Education Group, you will work towards running a profitable, efficient desk whilst operating as a part of the wider business team. You will support the expected culture aligned with legislation, company values and achieving success in line with target requirements. It is essential that you provide exceptional support to all stakeholders including customers where relationships should be developed, whilst also ensuring compliance to Company policy and procedures at all times.


  • Business Development and Client Management Working with the Branch Manager – you will implement an achievable annual desk business plan.
  • Ensure overall achievement to your required monthly and annual targets whilst ensuring you work within defined business policies.
  • Continually increase your daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales activity to see a year on year growth of sales revenue, days and hours sold, daily margins and profit ensuring.
  • Deliver an exceptional fulfilment rate for candidate and client service levels.
  • Ensure maximisation of existing client expenditure by regular calls and service visits.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the full process of the contracts is actioned.
